They are very spacious with sitting area to enjoy the ocean views. Its like having 4 hotel rooms in 1 big house. Perfect when travelling with friends and extended family.
It is beachfront with ocean views and short walk across the road for a swim at the beach.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
4 air conditioned suites upstairs have their own private bathrooms, the 5th suite and additional bathroom is downstairs. You can leave this as a sunroom.
Linen is included for existing bedding, 3 queens, 4 king singles.
Additional bedding can be hired on request, 3 double sofa beds and deluxe double air mattress or a child rollaway with mattress toppers and linen.

Entertaining

The entertaining area flows comfortably off the open plan kitchen, meals and dining area. Air-conditioned for cooling or warmth.

A complimentary starter kit of guest soap, hand soap, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets and some pantry items available.

Beach towels are available for hire for $5 per towel per stay to reduce your packing. Professional cleaning service included in this rate is for - Linen supply and bathroom clean. Additional cleaning can be arranged if you would like to depart without cleaning areas used. Starting from $50 depending on hours required to clean.

Security bond $1000 maybe required to be paid directly to owner.

Walk across the beach for swims at Blue Bay Beach, walks to Doddi's beach for a coffee, play golf at Mandurah Country Golf Club which is 5 minutes away, visit winery's in the region, and everything the City of Mandurah has to offer.
