Air conditioning is provided in the living area and master bedroom, with portable cooling units available in bedrooms two and three.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have full access to the entire apartment during their stay - all living areas, bedrooms, kitchen and in-unit laundry facilities.

The Level 6 rooftop is a relaxed open-air space with seating areas and a communal BBQ - a lovely spot to unwind after a day exploring Perth.
Self check-in is provided via a secure lockbox on the property, making arrival easy and flexible whenever you're ready.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Booking & Guests:
The booking must be made by the guest staying at the property. Third-party bookings are not permitted.
The number of guests must not exceed the booking at any time.Valid ID is required prior to check-in.
The lead booker must be at least 25. This does not restrict the age of accompanying guests, including children.
Guests can request a highchair and travel cot at no extra cost. Guests are asked to provide their own linen for the travel cot.
Please note that while the balcony is securely enclosed with glass, children must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times, both within the apartment and when using the balcony.
The dining table doubles as a comfortable workspace, and the Level 6 lounge offers additional seating for working or relaxing.
Security & Fees:
A $250 fee applies for lost keys or lockout assistance. Damage, loss or additional cleaning will be charged accordingly.
Mid-stay cleans are available at an extra cost.
Conduct:
No parties, events or unauthorised gatherings at any time.
Quiet hours 10pm–7am must be respected.
Strictly non-smoking and non-vaping, including the balcony.
A Minut noise monitoring device is used for neighbourhood safety - it does not record audio or video.
If security is called out due to noise, disturbance, or a breach of these house rules, the callout fee will be charged to the booking.
Essentials:
Starter supplies (toiletries, tea, coffee, basic consumables) are provided on arrival; guests are responsible for restocking during their stay.
Belongings left behind are held for 48 hours after checkout - please contact us promptly if anything is missing.
Luggage storage may be available before check-in and after check-out upon request - please contact us in advance, subject to availability.
