Light, bright comfortably furnished apartment with open plan living area and well appointed kitchen.

The North facing balcony is enclosed with picture windows, letting in the winter sun and allowing cooling breezes in summer. Offering ocean glimpses, the balcony is a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast or to relax after dinner watching the sun go down over the ocean.

Take a pleasant stroll to the Camelot outdoor cinema during summer or take a picnic to one of the beautiful parks overlooking or on the banks of the Swan River. South Cottesloe beach is very close, or catch the train to Cottesloe or North Fremantle beaches.

Ideally located between Perth and Fremantle this is your perfect home away from home when visiting Perth and is the perfect place to stay if attending a wedding at the Cottesloe Civic Centre or Indiana Tea House or when visiting the annual "Sculptures by the Sea" at Cottesloe or the Royal Show at the showgrounds in Claremont.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and built in wardrobe with full hanging space able to accommodate long dresses or gowns. The other bedroom features twin single beds and a smaller cupboard for storage.

The kitchen has an induction cooktop, rangehood, oven, microwave, dishwasher and large refrigerator. The breakfast bar with stools houses a collection of crockery and glassware and pots, pans, cutlery and other cooking essentials are provided. Basic pantry items are stocked.

The combined bathroom and laundry is spacious and includes a laundry trough and front loading washing machine. The toilet is separate. There is a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board in the cupboard in the hall along with basic cleaning items.

All linens and towels are provided and are of high quality.

A covered car parking bay is available for your car and there is plenty of free parking available on the street outside the apartment.
No car? No problem! There are bus stops down the street and it is a short walk to the train station on the Perth-Fremantle line.

The apartment is on the third floor of a small, quiet complex and is reached by several short flights of stairs. There is no elevator and the apartment may not be suitable for those who find stairs difficult or for very young children.
