Strolling distance to Mandurah Marina and walking distance to the cinemas, Mandurah Performing Arts and foreshore where you can hire a boat, kayak, paddle board or bike to discover the estuary, canals and trails of the area. x2 Queen beds inside and x3 sets of single bunks. This property also has a separate outhouse that consists of 3 Double beds. A second toilet and shower is located in the laundry which is equipped with washing machine and dryer. No bed linen or towels provided but can be quoted on. $100 Cleaning fee, $500 Bond. NO PETS/LEAVERS/FUNCTIONS PERMITTED
