Beautiful 5 bedroom waterfront home, allowing you to experience everything that the region has to offer. Watch dolphins swim by, hand feed the swans on the jetty, catch fish and crabs, paddle the kayaks or SUPS, relax on the massive lower or upper decks, watch a movie in one of 3 separate TV areas, or head into town or to the amazing beaches and local tourist attractions. Great kitchen, BBQ, fast WIFI, plenty of areas to relax or entertain, tie your own boat up to the jetty.
The kitchen is centrally located to overlook the lounge, dining and living areas and the expansive views across the canals are maximised by high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows, giving great views down an intersecting canal. The Kitchen contains all the modern cooking appliances for you to cook up a masterpiece and there is plenty of room to sit around the two 8 seater tables (one inside and one outside).
The house is not on the main canal thoroughfare, which means you have much greater privacy and less boat traffic coming past the home, plus there are vacant blocks directly opposite the house.
There are 3 outside areas, a BBQ, and a very large deck, giving plenty of room for relaxing or family gatherings.
Fast WIFI is included, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and pantry. The fit out and furniture is of a very high standard to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
There are 4 large bedrooms downstairs, each with a queen size bed - three are carpeted and one is tiled. Each bedroom has its own dressing table, mirror and storage. The downstairs bathroom has a large bath and large shower with a separate toilet and basin. Upstairs is a massive living area, private balcony, huge master bedroom and ensuite with its own spa bath and separate toilet.
There are 2 single kayaks, 1 double kayak and 2 SUP's (Stand up paddle boards), lifejackets are provided, as well as a couple of fishing rods and crab pots which guests can use from the jetty.
When the swans drop by, you can hand feed them the frozen peas which we keep in the freezer.
Access is via a security controlled gate and the house also has its own internal alarm which you can turn on when you are away from the property.
Standard checkout time is 10am and check in time is 2pm to allow adequate cleaning time. If you require some flexibility with check in our check out please message me.
Full linen is provided - sheets, pillows, quilts and bath towels - we do suggest however bringing your own beach towels. Cleaning of linen is included in the cleaning fee for the property. All required COVID infection control policies are followed as per current WA Health and WA government requirements.
Shower needs are provided, the kitchen has everything that you need and you are welcome to use condiments from the pantry and fridge.
The standard pricing is based on up to 6 guests staying. Additional guests are charged at $25 per person per night up to a max total of 10 guests. You will be able to see this in your cost breakdown when you make a booking. This is designed to cover the costs of additional guests in terms of cleaning, amenities, etc.
No parties or excessive noise is allowed, particularly after 9pm. The area is very quiet and private and it is vital that neighbours are respected as sound does travel strongly through the canals. Breaches of property rules may result in loss of bond and further action.
