This 6 x 2 beach air conditioned holiday home ticks all the boxes for a relaxing beach holiday winter or summer, 5 Queens bed and x 4 single beds -ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Plenty of parking for a boat trailer with a boat ramp down the road, remote control gate so very secure. The enclosed BBQ room with dining area is amazing with views of Blue Bay - it truly is just a 2 minute walk to the beach. Dome around the corner for breakfast and coffee with a playground for the kids. Pet Friendly with a $100 pet fee. No bed linen or towels provided but can be quoted on. $100 cleaning fee $500 bond. NO FUNCTIONS/LEAVERS PERMITTED
