BLUEHAVEN BEACH RETREAT is a stunning contemporary beach house , ideally situated overlooking the sparkling Indian Ocean. It is just right for large family gatherings/holidays/reunions. book clubs, or for other larger group or corporate bookings.

The beach house has spacious accommodation for up to 20 guests to stay at the property, spread over two levels, plus a bed/ sitting room on the upper level mezzanine.

BLUEHAVEN is fully equipped with everything you need for for that perfect getaway holiday. With comfy sofas, smart TV's , free WIFI, well equipped kitchens and laundry and ample tables and chairs throughout, the house can very easily cater for large gatherings. Yet there are also some excellent 'hidey-hole' spaces if you just want some quiet 'time out'.

Internally the decor has been carefully selected to complement the muted colours and textures of the beach sands immediately beyond, while externally the colours reflect the vibrant blue of the ocean. With its clean lines, external use of weatherboard and limestone and architectural detailing Bluehaven Beach Retreat truly represents the classic Australian beach house.

Outside, there are timber balcony decks, green lawns and garden areas to enjoy some quiet relaxing time, or perhaps to spread out for that social game of bocce. Meanwhile the kids can let loose on their scooters and trikes - all within the confines of the property's secure fences and gates . Or get your trainers or skates on and hit the boardwalk for a must-do promenade along the ocean edge.

As BLUEHAVEN is an executive residence for quiet retreats and family gatherings, weddings, school leaver groups or unaccompanied minors are not permitted.

SPECTACULAR BEACHFRONT SETTING

With only The Esplanade road and public boardwalk separating you from the idyllic Palm Beach, this truly is an ABSOLUTE WATERFRONT location.

BLUEHAVEN overlooks the sparkling blue waters of Cockburn Sound, Point Peron and Garden Island beyond, enjoying spectacular 180 degree panoramic views from each floor. The front of the property faces north - a rare orientation in Western Australia - and thus turns it back on the often-strong prevailing south-westerly winds. Meanwhile the expansive north facing living areas can be completely opened up to the ocean balconies via concertina glass panels thereby flooding the interior living areas with light, air, and the sounds of the sea.

The pristine beach is only 40m away - sandy white, exceptionally safe for swimming and a previous winner of the Best Beach Award in Western Australia. The water is sparkling clear and there are fishing jetties nearby. Do not be disturbed by the occasional pod of dolphins that may swim by, they are the locals here and are very friendly!

Enjoy a wonderful holiday - walking, swimming, watching the boating activity, checking out the cafe strip or simply relaxing - at this fabulous location. Or, if you have to work or travel into Perth, you can commute easily by train direct to the Perth CBD and return for relaxing evenings by the ocean!

ACCOMMODATION SPECIFICS:

BLUEHAVEN can accommodate up to 20 persons on the premises. This includes:

i) Up to 12 persons in the 6 bedrooms - 2 x master bedrooms with separate ensuite bathrooms and 4 x other enclosed bedrooms) spread over the two levels. One of the master bedrooms has a king size bed; the other 5 bedrooms can have the beds configured as either king-size beds or twin-singles; all are fitted with built-in robes.

ii) The upper level mezzanine can be used as either a quiet sitting room or as an additional 7th bedroom. It has a great high level view out to the ocean. There is 1 sofa lounge on the mezzanine which can easily convert to form a double-size bed, plus i x single bed - up to 3 persons can be accommodated.

iii) Additionally there are another 2 sofa lounges in each of the rear Family Rooms which can also be converted to form 4 x double-size beds for up to 8 additional persons,

Other accommodation includes 2 large lounge rooms (each with ocean facing balconies), two separate kitchens and dining areas, and two family/games rooms each with additional sofa bed accommodation. A pool table is also included in the upper floor family/games room. On each floor there are 2 main bathrooms, 2 ensuite bathrooms (off the 2 master bedrooms) and 2 powder rooms - each with WC - so you won't need to wait in line at any time! A fully equipped laundry is also located on each level.

SMALLER GROUPS OR BOOKINGS

BLUEHAVEN BEACH RETREAT can be separated (via a lockable sliding door at entry level) into 2 separate apartments - SEAGULL on the lower (ground) level and STARFISH on the upper levels. Either apartment is available for short or longer term stay within Bluehaven Beach Retreat. The two residences are quite separate - each with their own entries and security systems.
