Guests have access to the entire property. Please note there are stairs to access the main living area and bedrooms.

The stunningly picturesque Cottesloe Beach is one of Perth's top beaches, with plenty to keep beach-goers entertained! From swimming and snorkelling in the crystal-clear waters to catching the sun setting with a cold drink in hand, 'Cott' is definitely a favourite of locals. Reachable from Perth by car, bus, or train, it is a mere 15-minute drive away or a pleasant 600 metre walk from Cottesloe Station if you're on the Fremantle line.
With its stunning views, lush Norfolk pines, smooth lawns, and clean sands, Cottesloe Beach is perfect for a leisurely day in the sun or a family day out. There are also plenty of eateries and bars along the bustling boulevard, making it the perfect spot for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a fun Sunday session. Cottesloe Beach can be reached by car, train or bus.
Cottesloe Beach is halfway between Perth and Fremantle. It’s 7km away from the famous Fremantle and about 14 kilometres (8.7 miles), or less than 30 minutes drive, from Perth city centre. Public buses frequently leave from Perth's Elizabeth Quay Bus Station.
Trains run from Perth Station to Cottesloe Station every 15 minutes and get you there in less than 20 minutes on the Fremantle Line. .The Cottesloe station is 600 metres from the beach and during the summer months, there's a free shuttle bus known as the Cott Cat that will take you to the beach.

While we take every preventative measure to minimise their presence – including regular spring cleaning, pest control treatments, and secure food storage – their occasional appearance is something we cannot fully control and they may surface during your stay. If this occurs please feel free to use the bug spray in the kitchen or reach out and we'll happily assist to rectify this where we can.
