Cook in the modern kitchen or use the large outdoor area with plenty of seating and BBQ, wide frontage property to enjoy the views of the dolphins, pelicans and ducks who are frequent visitors. The house is decorated with flair and modern furnishings. There are three Kayaks provided during your stay to explore the waterways with or catch crabs off the jetty when in season, fish in the local Murray River or cruise in your boat to some of the local restaurants and hotels in the area - your stay in the region will be remembered no matter how you spend it. No bed linen or towels provided but can be quoted on. $100 Cleaning fee, $1000 Bond. NO LEAVERS/FUNCTIONS PERMITTED
