Home is in Parkwater cove private Promontory, and quiet driveway with parking for 2/3 cars. Use of single Garage can also be arranged. Has canal and park views. Large alfresco and 3 dining areas. 2 rooms en suite, front 2 rooms have canal water views and front onto park also. Fully airconditioned, with games area, darts and table tennis, barbecue, in Alfresco area. Close to canals, beaches, very central, skate park, lovely walks, quiet area. If more than 3 cars O/ night, kindly park outside in lane opp post boxes. Residents can use the parks and walk their dogs. Dog beach and Mary st boat ramp close by, can walk.
