The farmhouse overlooks six acres of fruit orchards dotted with olive and Marri trees, providing a serene and picturesque retreat. Inside, you'll find an open-plan living area that seamlessly blends a modern country kitchen featuring high-end appliances with a welcoming lounge and dining area anchored by a wood-burning fireplace and a plush king-sized bed. The space is equipped with a 75-inch smart TV and ultra-fast Starlink internet, ensuring both comfort and connectivity. The bathroom is elegantly designed with a spacious rainfall shower and premium fixtures, while the second sleeping area offers a mezzanine queen bed and a double fold-out sofa.
Additional amenities include an outdoor toilet and laundry with an AEG washing machine and dryer, making longer stays convenient. Step outside onto the expansive travertine-paved patio, where you can enjoy a barbecue and dine at the communal table while soaking up the sweeping views of Walyunga National Park.
The house can accommodate up to 6 guests. Please note the smaller bedroom includes an upstairs queen bed and a double sofa bed, so when the property is at full capacity it can feel a little cosy. It may be best suited to families or groups who are comfortable sharing spaces.
Check out is strictly 10am . A late check-out fee of $100 applies for departure after this time, with an additional charge of $100 for each hour thereafter.
