The local area and surrounds

Clovers Beach Cottage is located just a short car or bike ride to the bustling Hillarys Boat Harbour, Western Australia's number one tourist attraction complete with restaurants, cafes, shopping and entertainment for the whole family.

The home is nestled in the quiet leafy residential suburb of Duncraig which borders the prestigious beachside suburbs of Hillarys and Sorrento.

Scarborough Beach is just a 5 to 10 minute drive away, Perth City around 20 minutes and Fremantle around 30 minutes. Joondalup Arena and Joondalup Golf Resort are just 15 mins drive away.

Karrinyup shopping centre and Joondalup shopping centre are both near by and offer large department store shopping along with various specialty shops and eateries.

The Swan Valley wine region is located around 25 minutes drive away and offers a diverse amount of activities including wildlife and petting farms for the kids, cafes and restaurants not to mention wineries and breweries.

The Hillarys Boat Harbour

Home to a huge range of dining experiences from restaurants and cafes to take-away outlets.

The Great Escape Water Park offers hours of addictive fun with their unique rock climbing walls, high ropes course, waterslides and mini golf among many other attractions. Fun for kids of all ages with challenges for even the most capable of adults, a great day out is guaranteed!

The Naturaliste Marine Discovery Centre (NMDC) and the Aquarium of Western Australia (AQWA) will take you all around Western Australia to explore their marine wildlife and nature!

Hop on a ferry to the Pristine and diverse Rottnest Island direct from the Harbour through Hillarys Fast Ferries with seasonal whale watching.
