Scarborough Beach is one of Perth's most popular beaches. Beautiful clean white sand, turquoise water, paddle boarding, swimming, and surf to make all happy. The foreshore is best in Perth, bike and walking paths, multiple play areas for the kids, beach space always available and you are staying no more than 50 meters from the beach, restaurants, cafes and pubs. When the sun sets over the water, it is one of the best stops in Australia.
You will have the entire apartment for your stay 2 bedrooms 1 queen bed with an ensuite bathroom and the second bedroom with 2 singles. The apartment has a coded door lock so no keys to collect your access code will come with your check in instructions.
This apartment is located within West Beach Lagoon complex. There is a designated BBQ area and pool with popular slide for all ages at the complex. Parking is assigned by the apartment number and requires only parking in that marked spot (information to be provided). The apartment is located on the ground floor and can be accessed passing through the patio bbq area with only 2 steps or from the parking lot staircase of 10 steps only and also very close to parking spot for the apartment. Please NOTE: during July and August the pool and bbq area will undergo maintenance programs and may not be available for use.
Only a 50m walking to Scarborough or Brighton beach, only a 5-minute drive to Trigg Beach or bike or rent a scooter, just 15 minutes’ drive to Perth CBD, 30 minutes Fremantle and 40 to the Perth Airport. Hillary's Boat Harbour, Kings Park and Cottesloe Beach only 10 minutes away. West Coast Highway is a major roadway to get connected to all of what the area and Perth has to offer. Bus stops are located only minutes’ walk from the resort on West Coast Highway take the 990 Bus Transperth to travel down Scarborough Beach Road to malls and more restaurants. Incredibly central, scenic, comfortable and cost-effective accommodation. Free onsite parking for one vehicle only marked spot for your apartment (See picture) visible from your balcony.
This apartment sleeps up to 4 people, 2 in the master bedroom and 2 in the 2nd bedroom (2 king single beds). This is a lovely family complex. Quiet times are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. for everyone's enjoyment. This is a non smoking / vaping and no pets of any kind are allowed in the apartment.
