Scarborough Beach is one of Perth's most popular beaches. Beautiful clean white sand, turquoise water, paddle boarding, swimming, and surf to make all happy. The foreshore is best in Perth with bike and walking paths, and the thermally heated year round family Scarborough Beach Pool right at the beach. There are multiple play areas for the kids, beach space always available and you are staying approx. 75 meters from the beach sands, restaurants, cafes and pubs. When the sun sets over the water, it is one of the best places to be in Australia.
You will have access to the entire apartment, a fully equipped kitchen, living area, lounge, bath and laundry plus seating area outside of the apartment and a small Juliette balcony off the master bedroom. Only a 75m walking to Scarborough or Brighton beach, only a 5-minute drive to Trigg Beach or bike or rent a scooter, just 15 minutes’ drive to Perth CBD, 30 minutes Fremantle and 40 to the Perth Airport. Hillary's Boat Harbour, Kings Park and Cottesloe Beach only 10 minutes away. West Coast Highway is a major roadway to get connected to all of what the area and Perth has to offer. Bus stops are located only minutes’ walk from the resort on West Coast Highway take the 990 Bus Transperth to travel down Scarborough Beach Road to malls and more restaurants. Incredibly central, scenic, comfortable and cost-effective accommodation. Free onsite parking for one vehicle only marked spot for your apartment.
This apartment sleeps up to 4 people, 2 in the master bedroom and 2 in the 2nd bedroom (2 single beds). Located on the 1st floor you will enjoy views of the most popular pool & slide in Scarborough. Note there are approximately 12 stair steps to climb to the 1st floor, well worth it. This is a lovely family complex. Quiet times are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. for everyone's enjoyment. This is a non smoking or vaping and no pets of any kind are allowed in the apartment. Events & parties are prohibited in the complex ensuring a relaxing time for stayers at West Beach Lagoon.
There is potential noise from the west side the lovely noise of waves and salty wind breezes from the Indian Ocean and from the east some traffic noise from West Coast Hwy.
Do note that there are 12 stairs steps necessary to reach the 1st floor where the apartment is located, however the view over the pool is worth it.
