It is perfectly located in between Blue Bay and Doddi's Beach in old Halls Head, The beach has easy access and is just across to road, it is beautiful for a surf or swim.

THE SPACE
The decor is light, fresh and brand new, with new modern furnishings, kitchen, bathroom, laundry and bedrooms. The front courtyard is large with an outdoor setting and some comfortable chairs for you to sit and enjoy the ocean views. It is accessed via French doors that open up for easy access from the living room. The ocean view is magnificent and can be viewed from the kitchen, living, dining and Master Bedroom. Blue Bay Beach across the road is great for swimming and surfing with 3 easy access points with one just across the road. There is a Dome Cafe within walking distance and all of this is within a stone's throw from the Mandurah's Foreshore.

Blue Bay Beach Stay has recently been extended to provide more separate accommodation from the original; everything is brand new, kitchen, lounge room, balcony, laundry, bathroom, bedrooms. The courtyard boasts uninterrupted views of 180 degrees.

The Kitchen is brand new and fully equipped with a new ceramic cook top, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and a full range of utensils and pots and pans.

The accommodation is on the ground floor and is accessible via a shared hallway with its own private entrance. It also has its own entrance from the courtyard through the French doors. The accommodation consists of:

2 bedrooms (sleeps 6 people):

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed to sleep 2 people
Bedroom 2 has 2 bunk beds to sleep 4 people

1 bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet

Kitchen brand new and fully equipped

Blue Bay Beach Stay is beach front accommodation perfectly located in between Blue Bay and Doddi's Beach in old Halls Head, situated on the southern peninsula on the ocean side of Mandurah 's river entrance.

Walking distance to the TODS Café for your morning coffee, we suggest walking along the beach. With the beach at your doorstep offering fantastic bays for swimming, fishing, snorkelling, boating, surfing, boogie boarding, BBQ's, walking and watching the beautiful sunsets.

If you fancy a game of golf the Mandurah Golf Course if just a 5 minute drive away.
Cafes, restaurants, parks, playgrounds and the Mandurah foreshore are within walking and cycling distances.

KIDS

If you are looking for something for the kids Blue Bay Beach across the road is great for a swim, snorkel or surf. On the Mandurah foreshore there is a skate park, water park with a pontoon to swim out to with slides running down into the water a lot of fun for the kids. For the younger kids Doddi's beach is a nice, safe, sheltered beach just a short stroll away with a children's playground and BBQ's. Bringing a boat, the Mary Street ramp is around the corner with easy access to the Ocean and the Estuary.

Mandurah has so much to offer with plenty of activities all throughout the year.
Beautiful absolute beach front views from most aspect of the accommodation. It’s just a few meters from the beach with easy access. Watch the sunset and waves from the courtyard or enjoy dinner and a few drinks. It’s Great for a relaxing holidays with family or friends!

Getting around

There is parking available for 2 cars out the front of the property. Blue Bay Beach is across the road with several access points and we have a Dome cafe within walking distance. There is also a fish and chip shop down the road. Mandurah town is about a 15 minute walk away or 5 minute drive, where you will have access to cafe's, restaurants, shops, the foreshore, Movie Theater. The train station is a 7 minute drive and you will be in Perth in 45 minutes.

Approximately 55 minutes to Cottesloe/Mosman Park by car and a 45 minute commute by rail to Perth City Station if a visit to the office is necessary.
