This is a perfect home for travellers who want to be in the town of Joondalup and want to be near Edith Cowan University. Perfect if you are here attending your child's graduation and if you want to be closeby to their student accomodation.

This home has 2 levels, all bedrooms are on the second floor. Master bedroom, queen size bed has an ensuite as well. The other 2 bedrooms have a double bed and single bed. All bedrooms comes with a study desk and walk in robe. Large Kitchen, 2 living area, extra toliet downstairs and laundry.

Central air conditioning and heating to the whole house, Free WIFI and large modern kitchen with dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer for your clothes. A small courtyard if you want to sit outside. You have the entire home to yourself.
We have a full term rental student living in the studio at the back of the house. This is separate from the house and only space you share is the garage and bin area. Only 1 car park bay is available for this home.
