The upmarket trendy area boasts many boutique shops and the nighbourhood has a great feel to it.Also a close distance by car is The University of WA, King's Park, Perth Modern School and the new Bob Hawk College.

Noise level needs to be extremely quiet after 10 pm especially on balaconies.
Guests who have gatherings and parties and are asked to leave will not receive a refund.
If a guest cancels their booking a refund will be given based on the refund policy, but we reserve the right to withhold a certain percentage of the payment if a third party processing fee is incurred by us, as a result of cancellation.
