Unique and Rare opportunity preferable for long stays: two beautiful furnished bedrooms close to Curtin Uni & Waterford Shopping Centre in Karawara. To be rented separated or together, walking distance to Curtin Uni and Waterford shopping centre. Just besides Como, Salter Point, Bentley, Vic Park and Kensington areas.

Nice and quiet cul-de-sac street with plenty of secure parking. Rooms are independent from main house and entrance through side door. These two rooms share a toilet, bathroom and laundry/kitchenette area for basic cooking. Similar to a granny flat but not exactly. Sorry no pets, no drugs, no smoking nor alcohol. 4 weeks Bond required. Close to bus stop & Uni campus; 5 minutes driving/cycling to Canning Bridge train station. Call me if you want to see them. Not a party house.
