In addition to a plunge pool with views of the quays, wood-fired pizza oven and a superbly well equipped gourmet kitchen with butler’s pantry, there is a table tennis table plus air hockey game, and a couple of kayaks and cray nets provided for guest use.

The house is also close to Avalon and Gearies: two of the region’s well-known surf breaks!

BOOKING TERMS TO NOTE
• Noise curfews apply by local law. No noise or loud music after 10pm and before 8am, particularly outdoors. If we receive a noise complaint, you risk losing your bond or facing eviction.
• No use of the wood-fired pizza oven during fire bans or prohibited burning seasons. Heavy fines apply by law.  A small amount of wood is provided for the pizza oven. Children are not permitted to use the pizza oven unless under strict adult supervision. NO FIRES ALLOWED on the beach or outdoors.
• Children must be supervised at all times when in the pool. No diving or bombing into the pool. Children must also be supervised when on balconies.
• Please enjoy the kayaks and paddles provided but be sure to clean them off and put them away in the garage storeroom once finished. Do not leave them at the beach.
* Strictly no pets permitted anywhere on the property.
* All breakages must be reported before departure.
* Put the general waste and recycling bins out on the cul de sac for collection before departure.
* Protect the benchtops and table tops and DO NOT place hot, wet or sharp items directly onto the surfaces. Wipe up all spills immediately.
