The dining area seats eight with additional settings available, alongside a children's dining table. The kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with appliances like a rice cooker, air fryer, and coffee machine. A convenient laundry area with a washing machine and dryer leads to an open-air alfresco space with a BBQ, ideal for entertaining.
On the second level, a large second living room offers additional relaxation space, complete with a TV and a sofa bed that converts to accommodate extra guests. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a dressing area. A portable cot is available for younger guests.
The third level houses two more bedrooms: one with a king-sized bed and river views, and another with a double bunk bed and a single trundle, accommodating up to four guests. A study desk and armchair provide a quiet space for work or reading.
