Welcome to our Melros beach home. Just a 9 minute walk to the beach, Melros is a fantastic spot to walk, swim, snorkel and surf with an amazing view to admire. You can expect to see many kangaroos and birds in the neighbor hood with a lovely park for the kids to play or kick the ball around. A 5 minute drive will take you to the Dawesville side of the Peel estuary where there is beautiful calm waters, excellent for crabbing, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, picnicking and swimming.
Just 5 mins North on Old Coast Road is The Cut Country Club if you fancy a game of golf, a bistro meal or just a casual drink at Happy Hour every Fridays and Sundays. 5 mins South is The Lazy Crab if you fancy a casual pub meal. If you give them a call, they will send a mini bus out to pick you up and when you’ve had your fun, will deliver you safely back home.
Cape Bouvard Winery and Brewery is a little further south, approx. 13mins where you can also bring your furry friend and have a drink or meal. Located just next door is Lake Clifton where you can take a casual walk along the tourist track of the Lake Clifton Thrombolites.
If you wish to go further, day trips to visit the beautiful sites of Geographe Bay and Margaret River regions can be made.
