Brand new sun filled townhouse in central Rockimgham with on-site parking. bars overlooking the water. All amenities at the property are of the highest quality. This is not a cheaply fitted out investment property- It is a stylishly elegant, comfortable home.
Well equipped kitchen flows onto the living room, where you are welcome to make yourself comfortable on the sofa and enjoy watching the flat TV, with reverse, cycle heating/ cooling and internet . The central courtyard has a new BBQ & a 2 seater outdoor setting for an enjoyable alfresco experience.
Situated a few minutes walking distance from the Shoppingcentre, local cinemas and cafes. A five minute drive to local beaches and Rockingham’s picturesque foreshore, lined with cafes, restaurants and bars.
As your host, I am more than happy to assist whenever possible by driving you to and from the shops, or local beaches.
Pets may be accepted upon negotiation. A further fee will be charged for your pet - also upon negotiation.
You have full access to all the downstairs spaces and amenities. If you’re seeking total privacy, this can easily be negotiated. If not an issue with guests, I will occasionally occupy the upstairs zone, unless needing to come and go through the kitchen to the garage behind the property. You will find that I am very relaxed and yet respectful of your need for privacy and relaxation time. You will have full access to all the downstairs zones as stated above.
