Halls Head Holiday Home

A beautiful four-bedroom, two-bathroom holiday home in Halls Head, Mandurah. It has an enclosed backyard with an unheated saltwater pool(usable between November and April), a sundeck, and an undercover patio with a barbecue for outdoor dining.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, a 3-minute walk to the Indian Ocean and only a 10-minute drive to Mandurah foreshore. Close to the brand-new Halls Head shopping center, cafes, and restaurants.

The house is modern, light and airy and is the perfect place for relaxing after a busy day exploring all that the Peel region has to offer. It has a remote-control double garage and parking for 3 cars or boats on the driveway.

Aircon/heating in the main living area and fans/electric heaters in all bedrooms.

The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, and gas hob. Lounge, dining and kitchen areas have reverse cycle air conditioning, views looking out over the pool and sundeck areas. Check-in time is after 3 PM and checkout is strictly 10 am.
Pets are allowed at the property but this must be arranged/disclosed BEFORE a booking is requested. Pets must either sleep outside or in the garage at night and must not be left alone inside if you are to be away from the property.
We do not accept school leavers and group bookings from persons under the age of 25 years - photo ID may be requested on arrival. This is property is not available for parties. CCTV at the entry door will monitor all guests.
