1.7km, 15-20min walk to the beach or short 4 minute drive. Close to the General Store & bottle shop for your basic provisions, take-away food, fuel, bait, fishing tackle, newspaper, ice and postal agency. Licensed cafe dining nearby. Preston is renowned for fishing, beach access for 4WD, swimming beach, 9-hole golf course which runs through the town and lots of nature & wild life abound.

Relax 'Hampton Style' with gorgeous furnishings throughout in this beautiful split level (with mezzanine) 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. You will not want for anything, except to return again to Kangaroo Hollow.

Both queen size bedrooms are airconditioned with a reverse cycle (hot/cold) split system with remote control. The twin bedroom has a mobile water cooling system and a standing fan. There is also an additional mobile water cooling system for guest use if required.

All guests will enjoy our hotel quality, professionally laundered bed and bath linen and electric blankets during the winter months.

There is a 4th room which is for guest use as a library and office for those travelling on business.

Relaxing by the beach couldn't be easier in Preston Beach. This property is surrounded by other Aldemor managed holiday houses so you can have your friends and extended family stay close by or in the same street.

Kangaroo Hollow at 16 Hideaway Vale is a Shire Council registered holiday home, keeping it local and supporting tourism in Western Australia. Preston Beach is a 90 minute drive south of Perth, halfway between Mandurah and Bunbury.
