suitable for up to 7 guests. Large rooms, high decorative ceilings and original timber floorboards. Fabulous sought after area in Perth with everything you need for daily living just around the corner and within walking distance.
Of course Perth is very spread out and a vehicle is ideal for sightseeing!
As this is a very large home, we reserve the right to close off unneeded bedrooms . Communal rooms are always available even for a 1 guest booking. You are welcome to add extra guests anytime to your bookings by contacting the owner and amend the booking accordingly.

HOUSE RULES
Smoking strictly outside- ashtrays are provided in the designated smoking area.
Noise affecting neighbours is to be considered at all times particularly evenings onwards if outside, as sounds are amplified at these times.No loud music please.
No Parties, events or functions. There are many venues within walking distance such as Hotels, cafes restaurants etc for larger groups or events. Please limit visitors to a few at a time especially if you are already a large group.
