Comfortable family home away from home, located just outside the city centre in Inglewood, the perfect location with easy access to the airport, city and main roads and freeways.
This house can accommodate 7 people, there is a fourth bedroom which we open up when bookings of 7 request to stay. We have 2 bathrooms, but only 1 toilet. Our Blue bathroom has the shower and toilet and the Pink bathroom has the bath and toilet. And yes we have a bath!
Public transport is super close to the front of the property and located close to several supermarkets. The Galleria Shopping Mall is only a 5 min bus ride away and Perth city is about 4.5km away via the bus at the front door (#60 bus, runs frequently at all times). About 1km to the Mount Lawley Beaufort Street Cafe Strip with a huge selection of cafes, restaurants, pubs and shopping options. Leederville is another hub and is also about 5.5km away, best to go via Uber or drive.
We are the front property at this location with a white picket fence. There is ample parking under the carport to fit 2 vehicles and lock the fence behind you in the evening.
There are some games for kids in the brown buffet near the back door and we also have free high speed NBN wifi.
Aircon/heating is available in the mail living room, however we provide heaps of blankets and woollen comforts to keep you warm in winter and recommend you use the "Fremantle Doctor" winds (afternoon seabreeze) by opening up the doors and windows, to help cool the house down in summer. It makes a big difference!
When you depart, please leave the house as you found it and respect it as you would your own home. Wash and put away all dishes and empty bins in the red bin when you leave too.
This is a character home with comfort and love but definitely also has some scuff marks and room for polish. We hope you love your stay as much as we love out home too.
