This newly renovated self-contained cottage is nestled between the suburbs of Hillarys and Mullaloo and is only a 10-minute walk from the pristine Mullaloo Beach which boasts white sand, patrolled swimming beach, large parklands with BBQ areas plus restaurants, coffee shops, takeaways, beauty spa, and the Mullaloo Beach Hotel. Hillarys Boat Harbour, Sorrento Quay Boardwalk, Rottnest Island Ferry and AQWA (Aquarium of Western Australia) are under a 10-minute drive. Whitfords Shopping Centre with cinemas, numerous restaurants, and its own brewery is only a five-minute drive away. Kallaroo Cottage is a 25-minute drive from the CBD, 40-minute drive from the international airport, 10-minute drive from Whitfords Train Station and within walking distance to public transport.
Cottage Amenities include: Bedroom with queen bed, built-in robe, en-suite bathroom with washing machine and hairdryer. All linen plus swimming towels supplied. Comfortable lounge room with double sleeper couch, TV with free to air channels and DVD player. Bose sound system - I-pod compatible. Large fully contained kitchenette with breakfast bench, fridge, two plate hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils. Tea, coffee, percolated coffee, sugar, and milk is also provided along with basic pantry items. Reverse cycle air conditioning and fan in the bedroom. Good security. Private verandah with BBQ and sea glimpses. Use of swimming pool at your own risk! Parking for your car. Private entrance.
