The Lewington Beach Retreat is a cosy 2 bedroom Duplex within walking distance to the Beach with foreshore playgrounds and BBQs and walking distance to local Attractions.

Ammenities include lounge with colour TV, DVD, Reverse cycle air-conditioning and sofa bed to fit any extras. The modern kitchen has an oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer and all the extra little things you need to cook up a feast if you so wish. Light up the BBQ in the courtyard and wine and dine under the shade sail, or just kick back and relax while the kids play in the fully fenced yard.
The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed with a cosy touch, whilst the second bedroom is fitted out with a bunk and a single bed all the pillows and linen you need.
The fully equiped Laundry will give you that extra time to sit and relax.
Off street parking with room for cars and a boat undercover is also a must.
We want you to have such a good time with us that you will keep coming back, so have added little extras like Boogie Boards and bikes for the kids, books, dvd's and lots more all designed to help you sit back,put your feet up and relax.

Location

The city of Rockingham is only 40 minutes south of Perth right on the coast.Rockingham is a popular tourist destination with its beautiful beaches, water sports and many shops and cafes.Garden Island, Penguin Island and Seal Island are very close by and provide excellent day trips to see the local wildlife on and surrounding the islands.
Rockingham is known as "Your Aquatic Playground", and a whole range of water activities are available in a relaxed holiday atmosphere.

Activities to do whilst in Rockingham

Whether you wish to lounge about on the beach, go sailing,fishing,ride a jetski, have a swim with the dolphins or just sit in one of the many cafes or restaurants on the boardwalk sipping cappuccinos then this is the place for you.
If this isn't for you then you could just step out the front door and cross the quiet street into Lewington Reserve where you could walk, throw a frisbee or just kick a footy around.
So as you can see, there is plenty to do( or not do) around Rockingham.
