The space
This stunning family-friendly home has everything you’ll need for a lavish stay in Perth. The house is laid out over two spacious levels so plenty of space for everyone to enjoy.

Upstairs is the hub of the home where you will enjoy sweeping ocean views from the open-plan living, dining, and balcony areas. You’ll find a designer kitchen, complete with sleek, white, and grey stone benchtops, and state-of-the-art appliances including an electric stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and family-sized fridge. The designer scullery contains some extra creature comforts including an air-fryer, thermomix, nutri bullet, and a coffee machine. From the well-lit, spacious living area step out of the bifold glass sliding doors into an outdoor entertaining area with everything you’ll need. Lounge chairs offer a space to relax, and a BBQ and an eight-person table offer opportunities for al fresco dining while soaking up the spectacular sunsets.

Upstairs you'll also find the luxe master bedroom where you'll enjoy stunning ocean views, a king bed, huge walk in robe, and ultra-modern bathroom including double vanities and a freestanding stone bathtub.

Downstairs sliding doors seamlessly unite an open plan TV and games area with the outdoors, where a crowd-pleasing al fresco area will make entertaining a pleasure. Guests will love relaxing in the large covered al fresco area overlooking the glass fenced pool. This space creates a wonderful light and breezy ambiance and delivers exceptional and serene coastal living.

A fenced and sun-drenched pool is ideal for cooling off or soaking up the rays and relaxing on the daybed or sun-beds while the kids play in the huge backyard containing a trampoline, two basketball hoops, and a table tennis table.

Downstairs also contains three bedrooms each offering a queen or double bed, large robes, and ceiling fans for a comfortable night’s sleep. The second bedroom also boasts direct access to the patio area. Within the main bathroom, guests can enjoy a full-sized bathtub and spacious walk-in shower, while a separate internal laundry room adds to your holiday convenience with a washing machine and dryer.
