Our apartment and complex are safe and secure with a parking bay that may be available on request. Although Malcolm Street is an older style building, it is clean and well maintained.


Parking
Parking is not included in the rate at Malcolm Street. The parking bay is shared between 3 apartments in the complex that are short-term apartments. There is a height limit as the car bay is under the building of 2 meters so some 4WD’s with roof racks may not fit. You can secure this bay with a payment of $49.00 per week to pay up front at the time of payment for your apartment. Once you have paid this, the bay is solely yours for the duration of your stay. It is undercover in a secure locked gate area underneath the building of 45 Malcolm Street. 1 floor below street level.
