Relax in this modern 4x2 Canal Home in the new part of Mariners Cove.

The alfresco opens up to the waterfront patio with the perfect family outdoor setting and spectacular views of the canal. If you're lucky enough you will see dolphins swimming past, they often come under the Jetty.
The outdoor BBQ is a large 6 burner with built in fridge and sink.
Your own private 6m jetty is available for you to moor up on, suitable for vessels up to 7.5m. If you do not have a boat, the summer period is a great time to catch crabs off the jetty. There is also a tap near the water for you to hose down your boat, or clean the crabs near the water.

Indoors, the living room is an open plan area with raked ceilings, opening up to the alfresco with spectacular views of the canal and the estuary. There is a lounge big enough to comfortably seat the family and watch TV, and a kitchen with large 900mm appliances, with bi-fold windows that open up to the alfresco.

There are 2 master bedrooms with Queen beds, one with a private en-suite and the other Semi-attached to the second bathroom. The third bedroom includes a Queen bed, whilst the last bedroom has 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4). There is also a porta-cot and high-chair at the house available for use.

The property is approximately 3km from the town foreshore with it's restaurants, weekend markets, cinema and the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre. Alternatively you could drive boat into the town!

The property is suitable for groups up to 6 adults and 4 children.
