We want to make sure you enjoy your stay however we ask that guests respect our neighbours with limited noise and quiet time after 10.00 pm. The property is on the canals and noise is amplified over water, which will negatively impact others.

STRICTLY NO PARTIES - of any description. Your right to stay at the property will be revoked in the event of an unauthorised party. The invitation of additional visiting guests without prior approval will not be tolerated.
The number of guests must not exceed the number on your booking. The maximum house occupancy is strictly 11 persons.
Check out time 10am, which may be extended upon request and subject to availability.
Booking secured at time of payment with a 2 night minimum booking.
