This 1BR self contained double brick granny flat which comfortably fits two adults. It's not a big place but feels spacious and cozy. High ceilings with glass bricks gives you more space than ordinary flat.
There is a house in the same premise which is also running as Airbnb but the flat is totally independent so our guests can keep their privacy. Guests might see other guests occasionally and shares part of drive way.

We don't live in the premises but we will be able to reach out whenever guests wants so please feel free to ask us anything you need. We could suggest the best attractions around Mandurah ,advise the best way of getting around,recommend key attractions for anything might pop up during your stay.
