Owner occupied house with share mates. Hi there I m looking for a long term tenant and I m hiring out my master bedroom in the mean time.

Master bedroom is very spacious clean and ready to move in. Room has own toilet and shower, built in closet and walk in rob. Large Queen size pillow top bed with matching furniture.
Internet is with iinet speeds to 40mbps.
Location is excellent airport, city and Morley is only 15 minutes. Belmont is 5 minutes.

House rules: keys will be in a lock box instructions will be given on the day.
Check in at after 2pm and check out at before 11am.
Room will be clean and fresh I will need the room to be returned nice net and clean.
No food or drinks on bed cleaning equipment will be provided.
I expect 5* reviews hens not a hotel. Best suited for people laying over.
I do airport pick ups or drop offs when i m free for $15. I work from 12mid day to 23:00 any time before or after is good. MUST book and notify in advance. Perth, cbd, is $20
