The ground floor features a spacious living room with a large smart TV, perfect for relaxing inside. The dining area seats six next to a well equipped kitchen with appliances like a rice cooker and coffee machine. Just from the dining area the doorway to your own private courtyard perfect for the afternoon cup of tea and good book. Behind the kitchen is a convenient laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor with shared bathroom, perfect for those who may have a little more difficulty negotiating stairs.
On the second level, a large second living room offers additional relaxation space, including a balcony with outdoor seating to enjoy the ocean views. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a dressing area.
