Discover the region's best kept secret! The property enjoys expansive 180 degree ocean views of Warnbro Sound, Penguin Island and the Sisters. There is direct and private beach access from the back garden with ocean views from the ground and breath taking views from the second floor. There is no road or other obstruction between the property and the beach. Warnbo Sound was voted the number 1 Australian beach in 2007.

The property is a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom, magnificent tri-level home located on a huge 2,375 sqm elevated site. Situated in expansive Balinese Style landscaped gardens, in native coastal vegetation the house is tastefully furnished with a combination of modern western and antique furniture collected from across Asia.

Retire to either the upper balcony or the beach to watch wonderful sunsets over the Indian Ocean.

PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS

Outdoor living - there is an extensive outside entertainment area on the ground floor with patio decking, including: built in barbeque, comfortable outdoor furniture made from teak with a large 2.2 m teak table, plus 8 chairs, in addition to a 5 seat outdoor rattan sofa setting. Sit outside on the deck at night and feel like you are in Bali with cool summery breezes and the sound of the ocean waves as background music.

Living Room - large leather sofa and a 50' LG TV with DVD player and DVD library.

2nd Floor - a large balcony with uninterrupted ocean views of Warnbro Sound with access onto the balcony from the living room and the master bedroom. The living room on the 2nd Floor, has modern leather sofas and a built-in bar.

Kitchen
West Australian Jarrah cabinets compliment a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including, oven, microwave, fridge (610 litre) & dishwasher. There is also a formal dining room with a dining table on the ground floor.

Bedrooms
The property can accommodate up to 8. Sleep in complete 5 star Westin Hotel luxury with the famous Heavenly beds made by King Koil: 2 x King beds (180 cm x 200 cm), 1 x Queen bed & 2 x Single King (120 cm x 200 cm). All bed linen is supplied including bathroom and beach towels.

Master Bedroom
Imagine laying in bed and hearing the waves break at night. That is how close the beach is! Breathe the sweet freshness of the morning sea breeze. Or lay in bed overlooking the ocean. The master bedroom has direct access to the outside balcony with 2 teak Sorento Settees (with Ottomans) and a small coffee table to sit and relax whilst watching the sunset over the Indian Ocean in private solitude. Other features: walk in robe.

Other
The house is full of amenities. For your convenience you will find a washing machine & dryer, dishwasher, big screen TV and DVD player (with extensive DVD library). The property has wireless internet access. Bring your boat and / or caravan there is plenty of room in the carport and driveway. Parking for 2 cars inside the garage and up to 6 cars in the driveway.

In the winter months a slow combustion wood fire, set in a protected area of the back deck, allows you to still enjoy the closeness of nature and the beach. Inside the house, comfy couches and a selection of books and DVDs are a wonderful way to pass the time.

Please note: the house is not air-conditioned but is built on top of a hill and being only meters from the beach, enjoys natures air-conditioning from the cooling sea breeze (known by locals as the Fremantle Doctor).
