There is a private grassed area and gated pool (summer use only) at the rear of the complex which is perfect if you have children, as well as many ocean front playgrounds and BBQ facilities less than a few minutes walk away. At the end of the day enjoy a drink on your very own balcony watching one of the West Coasts famous sunsets.
