With uninterrupted views of Doddis Beach (directly across the road) from most rooms in this newly renovated home, you will be the envy of all the people wandering past, as you are sitting out the front sipping your morning coffee, or refreshing beverage later in the day. Doddis Beach is famous for its North Facing aspect, sheltering its waters from the South Westerly Swells and Sea Breeze, and with the house sharing this aspect, the outdoor area overlooking this unique asset is also protected from the winds that frequent the WA coast. Arguably one of the most usable outdoor areas with beach views in the area.
With 3 bedrooms and a myriad of sleeping options, 2 to 3 families or friends up to 10, can relax together.
Plush new carpet throughout the upper level and new tiling throughout the lower, adds to this houses relaxed feel, complemented by the fresh new paint, modern beach theme artwork, and all new furniture.

Back downstairs, and the new kitchen equipped with Built in Oven, microwave, induction hob and dishwasher, and the Laundry with washing machine ensure you can remain self-sufficient during a longer stay. All new stone bench tops, large new leather lounge, Daybed and modern décor, laid out in a huge open plan area add to the desirability of this unique home. Add to this the large windows and sliding door to the front, furnished with electric sun shade blinds controlled individually or together, and you can appreciate the versatility this home has to offer.
Drag the Outdoor foam filled bean bags out to the front grass, and push the button on the automated retractable awnings, and this is where you will want to stay!

Even in winter with the blinds up, and the stormy weather outside, fire up the large wood heater with Pizza oven under (does a beautiful garlic bread with cheese on!), drag out the board games, and relax.

Large securely fenced and gated parking and hard stand is located at the rear of the property, with drained boat wash-down area. To the side of the property is a second grassed wash-down space for boards and beach gear, and an outdoor hot shower.

Outdoor BBQ, table and chairs are all available.

If you want to kick back and let someone else do the cooking, there is a large Dome Café and licensed Restaurant a few doors down, and many restaurants and delivery options close by.
Proximity to all needs is yet another feather in the cap of this getaway with a boat ramp 1.6km away, Hall Head Golf course just up the road, center of within town approximately 3km, and across the road to parks, childrens play equipment, public facilities and BBQs, you’ll wonder how this is only an hour from Perth, and be hoping this is available the next time you want a weekend escape or holiday away.
