The Space:
The home features three bedrooms, with two rooms offering queen-sized beds and a third room set up with a bunk bed, perfect for kids. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and bathtub, and the other with a shower only, providing convenience and flexibility for groups.
The space has been thoughtfully prepared to make your stay easy and enjoyable, including a selection of toys to keep little ones entertained. There is a spacious living area with a large Smart TV and an artificial fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day out, as well as a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals at home.
Outside, you can enjoy a lovely front yard with outdoor furniture, creating a great space to unwind and spend time together.
The Neighborhood:
The home is located in a quiet and family-friendly neighbourhood, just minutes from the coast. You are only a short drive to Scarborough Beach, known for its vibrant atmosphere, cafes, restaurants, and beautiful sunsets. Nearby, you will also find local parks, playgrounds, and walking areas, making it ideal for families with children. Shopping centres, supermarkets, and essential services are all within easy reach, and the location offers convenient access to main roads, allowing you to explore other coastal areas and Perth city with ease.
This home is a great choice for anyone looking for a relaxed and comfortable stay near the beach while still being close to everything you need.
Getting Around:
The house is well connected and easy to get around from. Within about 200–300 metres, you’ll find bus stops along Main Street and nearby roads with routes 190, 410, 421, 998 and 999. These connect you to Glendalough or Stirling Station for trains to Perth CBD (around 25–30 minutes total), or you can drive to the city in 15–20 minutes. You’re also about a 10-minute walk to the free Surfcat bus, which takes you directly to Scarborough Beach in around 10 minutes.

PARKING
Parking is available for free at the property. Two cars can be parked on driveway and a car on verge in front of the property.
CHECK-IN
After booking you will be required to complete the following at least 24 hours before arrival to receive your check-in instructions:
1️⃣ ID Verification – Upload a valid physical photo ID (passport or driver’s licence) via Safeguest (no digital IDs accepted!).
2️⃣ Refundable Damage Deposit – This will be refunded after check-out, provided no damages are reported.
Bookings must be made under the traveller’s name — companies are welcome but must book under the guest staying.
