Explore Langley Park, the Botanical Gardens, and Optus Stadium, all within walking distance. The Perth Train Station is approximately 1.7km away, while Crown Towers and Elizabeth Quay are just a short drive away. With an abundance of shops, cafes, and restaurants at your doorstep, you'll never be far from the action.
You will have access to the entire property during your stay.
The main living area features a spacious L-shaped sofa, coffee table and Smart TV, creating a comfortable spot for relaxing at the end of the day. Large windows and the open-plan layout keep the apartment feeling bright and airy.
Beside the living area is the full kitchen, complete with plenty of bench space and a breakfast bar with stools. Whether you're preparing breakfast before heading out or cooking dinner at home, you'll have everything needed for a convenient stay.

There are two separate bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed and bedside storage. Both rooms are comfortably styled with soft furnishings and provide a private place to rest during your stay.
Important bedroom access information:
To keep the base rate lower for smaller bookings, reservations for 1–2 guests include access to one bedroom only. The second bedroom will be locked and unavailable. If you would like access to both bedrooms, please make the reservation for 3 guests, even if only two people are staying.
The apartment has one bathroom plus a separate toilet, making the layout particularly convenient when travelling with others.
A separate internal laundry is also provided with a washing machine and dryer, ideal for longer stays or guests travelling light.

Other things to note
This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking, vaping and similar activities are not permitted anywhere within the property, including the balcony.
Please also remember that the number of bedrooms made available is based on the number of guests entered on the reservation. If you require separate bedrooms for two guests, the booking must be entered as 3 guests so that the second bedroom is prepared and unlocked.

Our apartment is perfectly positioned for you to experience Perth like a local. With free city buses right on your doorstep and major train lines just a stroll away, getting around is effortless.
The Free CAT Buses (Central Area Transit)
Perth’s famous free CAT buses stop just moments from the front door. These high-frequency buses run every few minutes and are completely free to use:
Red CAT: The stop is practically on your doorstep on Hay Street. This route runs East-West, taking you directly into the heart of the shopping malls, the Perth Underground station, and toward West Perth.
Yellow CAT: Just a short walk over to Wellington Street, the Yellow CAT is perfect for reaching Claisebrook Cove or the northern side of the CBD.
Free Transit Zone (FTZ)
In addition to the CAT buses, any Transperth bus within the city boundaries is free to hop on and off. You won’t need to tap a card or pay a fare as long as you stay within the city zone.
By Train
McIver & Claisebrook Stations: Both stations are within a 5–10 minute walk. From here, you can catch a train to any corner of Perth, including the historic port of Fremantle, the northern beaches, or the Swan Valley wine region.
On Foot & Lifestyle
Walkable Gems: You are a 10-minute walk from the beautiful Claisebrook Cove waterfront, where you’ll find Mediterranean-style cafes and bars overlooking the water.
Optus Stadium: For sports or concerts, you can take a scenic 20-minute stroll across the Matagarup Bridge directly to the stadium.
Queens Gardens: Located just a few blocks away, these historic gardens are perfect for a quiet morning walk.

The Swan River foreshore is just a few hundred meters away. You can easily access the dedicated cycling and walking paths that loop around the entire river, offering some of the best skyline views in the city.
