Waste Management- located in basement carpark area. All rubbish must be thrown in the green rubbish bins and recycle items into the yellow bins. We will leave you in peace to enjoy your penthouse, however, if you need us, we are only one call away. You have the whole apartment to enjoy.
Please note that the apartment has a car park bay, be mindful that this car parking is small and narrow, only suitable for small to medium sized car. This penthouse is located in the middle of Perth City, spread out over 3 levels. The entire space is for you to enjoy.
On the first floor, there is the dining, little kitchen and living room, no air - conditioned.
On the second floor, there is a bedroom which has a queen bed and large sliding mirror wardrobe. Split air- conditioned. Bathroom and toilet is located on the second floor. Workstation with a City View perfect for the executive who wants to be walking distance to work and in the evening enjoy the City life. Laundry - washing machine and dryer for your use.
On the third floor, another bedroom which has another queen bed and air conditioned.
