**Note: for this listing you will need to come to Bassendean ( 10mins drive from airport) to pick up the entrance fob to enter to the property. Check in instructions will be email out to you a day before check in. **
NOTE: From 4th July to 18 July 2022, the lift is having a second refurbishment, so the lift will not be operational. You will need to climb 3 flight of stairs.
You are in the middle of the city, there may be some noise from the traffic/ nearby construction sites during peak hour periods.

This apartment is 2mins walk from the Mclver Train station, so you can hear the trains and the bells .

No check in after 7PM as we do not want to disturb the neighbours.

They only monitor for excess levels of noise and do not record any types of sound or conversations and are in place to help ensure you also have a quiet and peaceful stay with us.

Waste Management- located in basement carpark area. All rubbish must be thrown in the green rubbish bins and recycle items into the yellow bins.
We will leave you in peace to enjoy your penthouse, however, if you need us, we are only one call away.
You have the whole apartment to enjoy.

Please note that the apartment has a car park bay, be mindful that this car parking is small and narrow, only suitable for small to medium sized car.
This penthouse is located in the middle of Perth City, spread out over 3 levels. The entire space is for you to enjoy.

On the first floor, there is the dining, little kitchen and living room, no air - conditioned.

On the second floor, there is a bedroom which has a queen bed and large sliding mirror wardrobe. Split air- conditioned. Bathroom and toilet is located on the second floor. Workstation with a City View perfect for the executive who wants to be walking distance to work and in the evening enjoy the City life.
Laundry - washing machine and dryer for your use.

On the third floor, another bedroom which has another queen bed and air conditioned.

This is a great place for a small family who wants to live in the heart of Perth City or an executive who works in the city.
