Preston heights is perfectly positioned within walking distance to the river, beautiful parks and cafes, the famous Left Bank Hotel, The Tradewinds Hotel and the new fabulous roof top bar "Sweetwater".
All amenities needed are within walking distance, supermarkets, doctors, hairdressers, cafes, take-away restaurants, liquor stores and gyms all only a matter of 300m from the door.
There is also onsite parking and loads of street parking with access to public transport literally 200m from the property giving easy access to Fremantle itself, Perth City and beaches.
The apartment comfortably sleeps 5-6, the master bedroom is a large spacious room with wardrobes and a queen bed. The second bedroom has a double bunk bed with a single overtop and a single trundle bed. So the apartment is suitable for a family or two couples. There is also a porta cot and bedding to suit.
Due to the elevation of the property, the apartment being on the third floor has no lift so there is no disabled access.
The newly refurbished kitchen has everything you would need during your stay including a Nespresso pod coffee machine so you can bring your own pods. Alternatively, standard coffee and tea are provided.
The bathroom also has an all in one washing machine and dryer for your use.
