The north facing patio is overlooking the organic veggie gardens and a great place to relax in any season.
The property has now an expensive water filter for all of the water usages. Drinking, cooking and water to shower is completely filtered from fluoride, chlorine and all other nasties. We also have solar panels on the roof which makes us an eco-sustainable property.
Because of the 2 golf courses in our neighborhood and due to the fact we are very 'green' we also have a lot of birdlife. Perfect for waking up with bird songs.
There is a car park in the driveway, access to public transport is just around the corner, and shops and Cafes are very close by.
