You'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a recently renovated bathroom, an additional toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living and dining area, and laundry facilities.
To keep you comfortable all year round, split-system air conditioning is installed in every bedroom as well as the living room. You'll also enjoy high-speed NBN Wi-Fi, Netflix, complimentary tea and coffee, and free driveway parking.
I'm also committed to sustainability, and the home is powered by solar energy to help reduce its environmental impact.
For your safety, the home is equipped with a fire extinguisher and fire blanket.
An outdoor security camera is installed at the front of the property facing the driveway and records 24/7, including during guest stays. There are no cameras inside the home, so your privacy is always respected.
As this is an older character home, you may notice a few minor cosmetic quirks, such as the reinforced cover on the living room air conditioner. While it may not look brand new, it is secure, well maintained, and works reliably. My priority is to provide a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay.
