This renovated single storey home offers comfort, space and convenience. The two lounge areas, both with large comfortable modular sofas, provide flexibility for an extended family or groups, and you’ll enjoy the use of both the well-equipped kitchen and the in-built BBQ for meals. With its 900mm oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and other appliances, you’re well provided for. Dining both inside and out is ample. Outside, the large seating area is the perfect spot to sit out with a glass of wine overlooking the lagoon opposite, after a day out at the beach or on your boat.

The two air-conditioned bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping for 6. One bedroom houses a Queen bed and the other a Queen and bunk. All linen is provided and there is both a family bathroom, a second WC and a separate laundry with additional shower and drinks fridge.

Children will enjoy the large backyard and the property is pet-friendly, with a $100 pet fee.

The home is situated in a nice, quiet residential area within walking distance to all that Mandurah offers. Overlooking the Mary Street Lagoon, it’s the perfect place to bring your boat with the boat ramp literally across the road. Whether you enjoy ocean fishing or fancy catching our famous Blue Manna crabs in the estuary (when in season), it’s all at your doorstep.

Doddi’s Beach is only 800 metres away, with plenty of parkland and foreshore walks. Tod’s cafe and the local fish and chip shop provide a warm welcome.
The area is wonderful for outdoor activities, be it cycling, fishing, sailing or surfing, even golf. Munderah itself, with a full range of shops and amenities, is walkable or only a few minutes’ drive, and just across the estuary, accessible either by boat or a 40 minute walk away, is Dolphin Quay with an terrific array of cafes and restaurants.
