The Palm Beach Holiday House is a luxurious modern two storey house with Netfix. The upper floor comprises of three large bedrooms all with big walk-in robes, full ensuite, 2nd bathroom with a deep bath and a 2nd toilet room. The ground floor includes a fully equipped large kitchen; separate dinning; T.V. / games; 3rd toilet room; fully equipped laundry / powder room; remote control lockup garage; front alfresco with beach views and rear alfresco with mini golf, all under cover.

Surf ski's are provided with a trolley that can be walked to the beach within one to two minutes also, a floating pontoon is close to shore. A contemporary beachside café and jetty are located another minute or two away. And, Rockingham's beachside café / restaurant strip and beach front park with barbecues are only a short stroll along the foreshore.

Other local attractions include Penguin Island and Seal Island hosting a bucket full of varied interests such as, wildlife watching, secluded surfing locations and glass bottom boat tours.
