**THE CABIN**
Designed with couples in mind, Contour Cabin features a mezzanine queen bedroom, a separate single bedroom ideal for a child, comfortable living area, unique sunken dining space, fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, dressing room and dedicated workspace. Enjoy Wi-Fi, three TVs, entertainment facilities and a private outdoor deck with BBQ and dining area.
**EXPLORE THE PERTH HILLS**
We're perfectly positioned to explore some of Roleystone's best attractions, including Araluen Botanic Park, Raeburn Orchards, Naked Apple Cider House, Seven Sins, The Last Drop Elizabethan, local cafés, wineries and beautiful bushwalking trails. Enjoy the peaceful bushland setting while remaining close to restaurants, shops and local attractions.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please note the property is not fenced, has steep and uneven natural terrain, and our friendly resident dog lives at the main residence.
**PRIVACY & ACCESS**
The cabin is fully self-contained and situated on our larger owner-occupied property. Guests enjoy private use of the cabin and deck, with hosts nearby if needed.
IMPORTANT: Our property is on a steep hillside with a narrow, steep driveway, steps and uneven pathways. The driveway is unsuitable for low-clearance vehicles and may be challenging for some drivers. Street parking is available. Please consider accessibility before booking.
The cabin is best suited to two adults and one child. No parties or events permitted.
