Just 20 mins from Perth CBD is Scarborouogh and this is one of the best beaches on the West Coast. From here you can walk to many of the other city beaches including the topless beach and a pet friendly beach. The area offers great activities especially water sports such as swimming, surfing, fishing, windsurfing etc or you can cycle, fish or just enjoy the sights. There are many sporting associations to join with most sports being catered for. There are numerous restaurants and cafes as well as takeaway and fast food outlets. You can shop till you drop with an amazing array of specialty and boutique stores and with easy reach of the larger shopping centres of Perth. There is plenty of nightlife here with clubs, bars and live entertainment venues. There are primary and secondary schools here with TAFE and University campuses not far away. Public transport is good with buses running to the city at frequent regular intervals. Medical centres and good fully equipped hospitals are within a short distance as are specialists and allied health professionals.
Scarborough bus key stop only 2 minute walk from the resort to get you connected to the whole Perth city. Uber, Didi and Ola along with traditional taxi services are readily available.

This is a lovely family complex. Quiet times are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. for everyone's enjoyment.
Sandcastles is a non-smoking complex, including balconies. No laundry can be hung on balconies by order of Council of Owners. Washing line facilities available near pool. Thank you for your co-operation.
Upon booking this apartment, you agree SANDCASTLES complex rules regarding noise, parking, no parties or gatherings, swimming pool/BBQ closing hours, BBQ rules and cleaning, rubbish bin disposal, where to dry your clothes, fire doors, lifts, communal areas, scooter/bikes/skateboards, supermarket trolleys in this non-smoking complex.
