Surrounded in tranquility, with lush gardens, sparkling ozone pool and just a short walk to pristine beaches, local cafés and award winning restaurants , its the perfect place to relax with family and friends or find yourself a quiet corner and just enjoy the serenity!

The upper level is made for entertaining, with open living areas that flow seamlessly between indoors and out, you can relax indoors on super comfy oversized couches, chat with family and friends on the large breakfast bar or move outdoors and enjoy dining or lounging on the fully protected private balcony with sweeping views over the pines of Cottesloe.

Have a swim in the sparkling pool or relax on the comfortable lounges with a drink in hand under the shady cabana and as the sun sets, cook up a storm in the fully equipped galley kitchen or fire up the BBQ and enjoy fresh local fare.

Downstairs, the master bedroom overlooks the pool where you will wake to gentle light in a lush private garden. The main ensuite features a sumptuous bath and direct access to an outdoor shower in the garden that leads directly to the pool.

The second bedroom enjoys a peaceful outlook across lush lawns with direct access to the organic garden and its own private bathroom.
On the lower level you will also find the laundry with dryer and outdoor drying area.

Upstairs in a separate 'kids wing' are two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with built in bunk style king bed with two single mattresses, ideal for young ones. Adjoining the 2 bedrooms is a large bathroom and separate lounge area with library and study desks.

The entire home is designed on solar passive principles to maximise comfort with minimal impact on the earth. Most days you can enjoy natural cross flow ventilation from the sea negating the need for air conditioning (although available for those extreme hot days), the property is solar powered with backup on the grid, the pool water is sparkling fresh using natural ozone cleaning, and you are welcome to pick fresh produce from the fruit and veggie garden which is organic and pesticide free!
