Please be aware that unless urgent, guests should be patient with us after hours as we like our team members to be able to spend some quality time with their families. We prefer to use the Airbnb app to receive messages and this is the quickest and most efficient way to reach us.
We give our guests space, but we are just a message away - do not hesitate to reach out to us with any concerns or questions you may have. We are in the office Mon-Fri 9AM to 5PM. Outside of these hours, we will get back to you as soon as we can.

You will receive the access details a few days before your arrival, once you complete a quick ID and card verification via our Guest App - similar to hotel check-in — to ensure safety and peace of mind for all. A $750 security hold (required by our insurer) is placed and automatically released after your stay once house rules are confirmed and no damage is noted.

Inside the Beach Haus you’ll find:

The Space
All three bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds, with one opening directly onto the deck and garden - perfect for slow mornings with the doors open to fresh air. Two bathrooms make getting ready easy for families or groups.
Inside, the home feels light and welcoming, with timber floors, a fresh white kitchen and a generous dining table that seats eight comfortably - ideal for shared meals, games nights or long conversations after the beach. The living area is bright and comfortable, with air-conditioning for year-round ease.
Sliding doors open to a vine-covered pergola and spacious timber deck, complete with festoon lights and a BBQ for relaxed evening dinners. Beyond the deck, a large grassy backyard is framed by beautiful established trees and leafy gardens. Kookaburras are often heard in the branches, adding to the peaceful coastal atmosphere. There’s plenty of room for kids to run and play.
A full laundry with washer and dryer makes longer stays practical and stress-free. Wi-Fi is available (router located above the fridge).

Security Hold / Damage Protection
A refundable security hold may be requested prior to check-in to cover accidental damage during your stay. This is handled securely through the booking platform or authorised payment method and is released after departure once the property has been checked and no issues are reported.
We’re happy to consider early check-in and late check-out requests, though these options are subject to availability and not guaranteed. Our cleaners charge a fee $50 per hour for this service. For guaranteed early access, we recommend booking the night prior to arrival. This offers peace of mind and a smooth, stress-free start to your stay.
Nature/Environment
Our home is set in a beautiful natural seaside environment. From time to time you may see local wildlife — and occasionally insects, particularly if doors or windows are left open. The property is professionally treated, but being close to nature is part of its charm. To stay comfortable, we suggest keeping food sealed, closing doors when possible, and using repellents if needed. This is all part of the beautiful natural environment that makes this area so special. If you notice anything unusual, please reach out - we’re always happy to help.
Base pricing includes up to 4 guests. The home can accommodate up to 6 guests, with an additional per person, per night fee applied for larger groups. Please ensure your booking reflects the correct number of guests for accurate pricing.
